Easy Recipe: Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

I made a recipe similar to this for a video a few weeks ago ($25 for 5 days of vegan meals). It was so good that I want to share the recipe for it here on this blog!
The original recipe was 3 ingredients—oats, peanut butter and chocolate almond milk—but I figured the chocolate element could use a boost.

Which is why I’ve also included cocoa powder as an ingredient in this recipe. But all in all, we’re talking about a 4 ingredient breakfast here!
This recipe is perfect for meal prep, as it makes 5 servings and will keep in the fridge all week. It’s got protein, fiber, and is just plain delicious.

I love overnight oats, and especially this recipe (because chocolate and peanut butter together is just *chefs kiss*). I’ve posted other recipes, such as my Banana Bread Overnight Oats.
It’s a cheap and satisfying breakfast that vegans (and everyone else as well) can enjoy!
