Enjoy The Season With These 5 Flavorful Autumn Recipes

Many who know me know that my favorite season is Autumn, and with good reason.

It’s the season of cozy clothes, comforting recipes, and not-too-hot yet not-too-cold weather.

Some of my favorite recipes come back to the rotation around this time, and I’d love to share some of them with you today in this post!

And that’s just what I’ll do: here are five of some of the best recipes I’ve created for fall: the coziest, heartiest, most seasonal recipes on this site. Enjoy!

1. Autumn Harvest Roasted Veggies

This veggie mix, which includes butternut squash, is the perfect seasonal mix for anything from wraps, to soups, and more.

Serve it as a side dish, or use it in anything you’d like (including but not limited to the examples above). It’s got the perfect seasoning blend on it and comes together in an hour.

2. Lentil French Onion Soup

Everyone knows that autumn is soup season, and what could be more perfect than lentil soup and French onion soup combined into one?

Cheesy, savory and with a hit of protein from the lentils, it’s the perfect meal for a cozy fall evening. If you like onions, you’ll love this one!

3. Brown Sugar Cinnamon Acorn Squash

Cinnamon and acorn squash are a match made in heaven, and this recipe is another perfect one for fall.

I think that acorn squash is pretty slept on, which is why I decided to appreciate it in this recipe.

Roasted to perfection and jazzed up with vegan butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon, it’s a wonderful side dish for any fall table.

4. 7 Ingredient Easy Potato Soup

If you’re looking for a hearty soup to keep you warm on a rainy fall evening, this is the one for you!

It’s creamy, it’s peppery, and most of all it’s comforting and delicious.

It is called “soup season” for a reason, after all! And this is one of my favorite soup recipes on this site. Enjoy with crackers, toast, or better yet a vegan grilled cheese!

5. 5-Minute Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Nothing says “autumn” quite like pumpkin pie, and this recipe is like pumpkin pie in a glass!

It’s refreshing as well as warming with those seasonal spices of cinnamon and nutmeg (those found in pumpkin pie spice).

It’s great for a seasonal breakfast or for an afternoon snack! Enjoy with vegan whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.

I hope you use these vegan autumn-inspired recipes in good health! Autumn is perfect for comforting, cozy recipes, and today I hope I’ve given you some good ones to use.

I hope you have a blessed day. See you in the next one! 🙂
