I do realize we’re already halfway through the month, but I still wanted to make a Veganuary-themed post because I feel it’s important.

The concept of Veganuary is important not just for January but for year-round: the idea of giving veganism a test run to see if it’s right for you.

And to that end, I’ve decided to compile a week of meal planning so you can try some great vegan recipes and ideas–including some from my website!

Along with the week of meals, included below is links to recipes on my site that will help you as well. I’ve already done some of the work for you with this, so all you need to do is get started!
