Delightfully Tangy Vegan Honey Mustard

Lately, I’ve been really getting into baking, especially things like soft pretzels. Soft pretzels are so easy to make, and they deserve the perfect condiment. Which is why today I’m teaching you how to make the best Vegan “Honey” Mustard.
It’s actually easier than you might think to make vegan honey mustard. Really all you have to do is substitute vegan mayo for the regular mayo, and agave nectar or maple syrup for the honey.

Like I mean ridiculously easy. One bowl and 5 minutes, that’s all it takes! I love to dip my soft pretzels in this vegan honey mustard, but I’m sure it would also be great on sandwiches, in pasta salad, or maybe even on veggie dogs? Now there’s an idea.

If you don’t tell your non-vegan friends and family that there’s no honey in this, and they probably won’t be able to tell anyway. Agave nectar and maple syrup are two excellent replacements for honey in vegan cooking and baking.
So go ahead and save this recipe for the next time you make soft pretzels, or just need a good and creamy vegan honey mustard!
