Super Easy Vegan Pumpkin Pie Sauce For Your Coffee
Okay y’all, it is officially pumpkin season! Personally, fall is pretty much my favorite season ever. The vibes are just there, from wearing cozy sweatshirts again to everyone’s favorite: pumpkin coffee.
Now unfortunately, not everyone’s pumpkin coffee flavoring is dairy-free (hopefully we all know who I’m looking at here), which is why it’s great news that we can make it at home!
What’s even better is that it only takes three ingredients to make: vegan creamer, canned pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice.
My favorite coffee drink (and way to enjoy this sauce) is an iced latte. But it can be used in hot coffees, macchiatos, blended frozen coffees, basically however you like to enjoy coffee.
I really wish I’d tried to make this sooner, because it’s just so easy to make. It’s the perfect way to amp up your coffee drinks for fall!
Vegan Pumpkin Vanilla Coffee Sauce
Equipment
- 1 mason jar (2 cup capacity)
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup vegan sweetened vanilla coffee creamer
- 1/4 cup canned pumpkin puree not pie filling
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to mason jar and shake well. Add amount desired to whichever coffee drink you prefer. Store in mason jar in refrigerator.
