Vegan What I Eat In A Day: All You Can Eat Pasta
Here are even more example meals of what I eat in a day as a vegan!
Today was a quick & simple day of vegan meals on an extremely busy day. Maybe not the healthiest, but very realistic in the eyes of what I typically eat.
I went to Olive Garden for dinner, which it is indeed possible to eat there as a vegan! It’s not just salad either.
My favorite is the minestrone soup, but you can also do the create your own pasta with traditional marinara. Oh, and did I mention the breadsticks are vegan?
Anyway, let’s get into the day of meals!
Breakfast: I started the day with an everything bagel thin, topped with Miyoko’s chive and onion cream cheese. I have to say that Miyoko’s cream cheese isn’t my favorite, I much prefer Philidelphia’s plant-based version. But it sufficed, and it was breakfast.
Lunch: Lunch was a vegan turkey and cheese sandwich, using Tofurky’s hickory smoked turk’y and Follow Your Heart’s gouda slices. I used vegan mayo and white bread. I also had an apple sauce on the side for fruit serving purposes. A quick throw-together lunch that was actually delicious.
Afternoon snack: For a snack, I had an unmeasured amount of Hippeas Vegan White Cheddar. These are awesome and delicious, and if you’re hankering for a cheese puff I’d highly recommend.
Dinner: I went for the never-ending pasta at Olive Garden. It’s a pretty awesome deal, because it starts with never-ending soup and you get never-ending pasta as well.
I had some of the minestrone, then some fettuccine in traditional marinara. I had to tap out at the second bowl of pasta, which was rigatoni, of which I took some home.
Night snack: A small snack was later had, which was a couple spoonfuls of this vegan butter pecan ice cream. Fun fact: butter pecan is basically my favorite flavor of ice cream, 10/10 would recommend.
And that’s the day of meals! I hope this helps you somehow, and reminds you that meals don’t have to always be intricate and complex, as long as you’re eating something. And don’t forget to drink water, too!
Anywho, thanks so much for reading. Until next time, peace 😉
