Hey you guys! Welcome back to another post. Today, I decided to try a few vegan recipes I found on TikTok. There are *so* many good ideas to be found on the app, including thousands upon thousands of great recipes by so many talented people.
Potatoes are often the love of a vegan’s life (like seriously, who doesn’t like potatoes?). In today’s Taco Bell-esque recipe, they are the star of the show.
I’ll be honest, I’m not the biggest sports fanatic that ever lived. Yeah, I can get into the game and everything sometimes, but for the most part I’m there for the Kitten Bowl and the ads. Oh yeah, and the snacks.
This recipe is an old favorite of mine from back in the day. It’s an improvised version of a taco wrap that traditionally involves taco-seasoned ground beef–only in my version, there’s the vegetarian favorite known as hash browns.
