Amazing Peanut Butter Milkshake (Vegan + Dairy-Free)
Let’s face it: sometimes you’re just dying for a milkshake.
Especially when the weather is hotter, like during the summertime? A cool, creamy, refreshing milkshake just hits different.
Today’s recipe is for a milkshake like no other: peanut butter. Peanut butter is my favorite for a variety of reasons, but that sticky, nutty sweetness is just perfect for a milkshake.
And whoever told you that vegan food always has to be healthy or can’t be decadent and “cheat meal” worthy, well, they were wrong.
Not only is this milkshake super decadent and creamy, it’s also a breeze to make! If you’ve got a blender and 5 minutes, you can indeed make this milkshake.
Make it for just yourself, or share this peanut butter milkshake with your friends! It’s so good and you’ll hardly know it was vegan.
I made this recipe once using So Delicious Wondermilk Vanilla, and once using Breyer’s Dairy-Free Oatmilk Vanilla, both of which came out wonderfully. I see no reason why you couldn’t use any vegan vanilla ice cream you have at your disposal.
So blend it up, and enjoy!
Amazing Peanut Butter Milkshake (Vegan + Dairy-Free)
Equipment
- Blender
Ingredients
- 2 cups vegan vanilla ice cream
- 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 cup non-dairy milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract I used imitation
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to your blender. Pulse gently until ingredients are combined well, but don't overblend. Pour into two glasses and enjoy!
