I often find it entertaining (and many times useful) to see what other vegans and vegetarians eat during a typical day. Something about the pretty pictures and also the creativity that’s out there makes “what i eat in a day” content very appealing to me.
It’s certainly heating up out there! And this past Monday (Memorial Day for those of us in the United States) was no exception. Some of my family gathered for a picnic, so it was definitely time to break out the barbecue food!
