I’m back with another delicious and healthy day of vegan meals! I love to read posts like this, mainly for the inspiration. But I also like to make posts like this to give you guys an idea of what I eat on a daily basis.
I often find it entertaining (and many times useful) to see what other vegans and vegetarians eat during a typical day. Something about the pretty pictures and also the creativity that’s out there makes “what i eat in a day” content very appealing to me.
It’s certainly heating up out there! And this past Monday (Memorial Day for those of us in the United States) was no exception. Some of my family gathered for a picnic, so it was definitely time to break out the barbecue food!
