I’m sure a lot of people think of veganism as the “pinnacle of health,” and the first thing they picture when they picture a vegan meal is a sad little salad.
When you’re vegan, eating out can seem a little disappointing at first glance. After all, when you’re excluding several items from your diet, you might ask yourself “well, what’s left that I can actually eat?”
What with the weather being chilly (and seasonal flavors becoming available), a hot beverage seems like just about the perfect thing these days. But for a vegan, it’s not always easy to sort out their options. What flavors are vegan? What drinks can I order?
When I originally created this post series, I thought it would just be about general cuisines (Italian, Chinese, or fast food, for example). But now I feel like it would be sort of cool to give insights into specific (and perhaps even local) restaurants.
