1medium bananafrozen
1cupalmond milkor other non-dairy milk
1tbspmaple syrup
1tsppumpkin pie spice
1/2cupice
non-dairy whipped creamsuch as almond or coconut
dust of cinnamonfor garnish
Instructions
Add pumpkin, banana, almond milk, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice and ice to blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour into your favorite glass, garnishing with non-dairy whipped cream and a dusting of cinnamon. Enjoy!
Notes
If you want to make a coffee-infused variation of this, add 1 tablespoon (or 1-2 teaspoons for a more dialed-back version) of instant coffee before blending. In addition to this, you can also freeze brewed coffee into ice cubes and add 1/2 cup of them to the smoothie instead of regular ice cubes.
