Tangy Balsamic Vinaigrette
This dressing is quick and easy to whip up, and highlights the delicious savory tang of balsamic vinegar. Use it to dress up salads or pasta salads, sandwiches, as a marinade and more. Less than 10 ingredients, and less than 10 minutes to make!

Ingredients

balsamic vinegar

olive oil
(vegetable oil would work in a pinch)

maple syrup

garlic cloves

dijon mustard

Italian seasoning
salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Shake vigorously to combine.
Taste for salt and pepper, shaking dressing again as needed.
Use it as a marinade, or to dress up your salads, pasta salads, sandwiches and more. Enjoy!
